- To enter, scan the in-shop QR code between 10–22/04/26 and submit your contact details, preferred SPFL club and preferred fixture date from the available listed dates.
- Prize: 1 hospitality experience at a match of the winner’s chosen Club, subject to availability.
- Up to 42 winners (1 winner per eligible Club) drawn at random from valid entries received for that Club after the Prize Draw Period.
- Each winner may bring up to 3 guests (all 18+).
- Winners contacted by phone, must respond within 48 hours and verify identity/eligibility or prize forfeited.
- If the preferred fixture is unavailable, an alternative date may be offered.

II. SIGNIFICANT CONDITIONS
1. The Prize Draw promotion is only available at William Hill shops in Scotland (“Participating Shops”).
2. To enter, scan the QR code from the promotional material available in Participating Shops and enter your name, mobile phone number, email address, your preferred SPFL Premiership, Championship, League 1 or League 2 football club (“Club”) and your preferred fixture date from the available listed dates via a Chatbot at any time between 00:01 GMT (UK time) on 10/04/26 and midnight (UK time) on 22/04/26 (the “Prize Draw Period”) for valid entry into the draw and the chance to win the Prize (the “Prize Draw”).
3. You can only enter the Prize Draw once. Multiple entries by the same individual (determined by phone number, email address or other identifying information) will be disqualified, and only the first valid entry will be counted.
4. It is free to enter the Prize Draw.
5. Each prize consists of one hospitality experience for four people (a table for four) at a match at your chosen Club (subject to availability) on one of the following fixture dates:
- SPFL Premiership fixtures available on 16/05/26 and 17/05/26 May 2026,
- SPFL Championship fixtures on 25/04/26 and 01/05/26;
- SPFL League 1 fixtures on 25/04/26 and 02/05/26); and
- SPFL League 2 fixtures on 25/04/26 and 02/05/26.
Each winner may bring up to three guests. All attendees (including guests) must be aged 18 or over. The Prize (or any part of it) is non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged for cash (the “Prize”).
6. Winners will be drawn at random for each Club from valid entries to the Prize Draw as soon as reasonably practicable after the Prize Draw Period has ended, taking into account entrants’ stated fixture date preferences.
7. A maximum of 42 winners will be selected in total , with one winner per eligible Club (i.e. where at least one valid entry has been received for that Club). Each draw will be conducted separately for each Club from all valid entries received for that Club, considering entrants’ stated fixture date preferences. Where only one valid entry is received for a given Club, that entrant will be deemed the winner for that Club. If no valid entries are received for a Club, no draw will take place, and no Prize will be awarded in respect of that Club.
8. If you are a winner of the Prize Draw, our Customer Contact Centre Team will contact you via the telephone number provided at the time of entry and will ask you to confirm or provide the following details: your name, email address, mobile telephone number and proof of age and identity.
9. In order to successfully claim the Prize, you must:
- Respond to the message within 48 hours of first contact
- Provide all details requested to our satisfaction and
- Meet all eligibility criteria for the Prize Draw.
10. Upon successfully claiming your Prize, we will confirm how to collect or receive your prize. The exact match date and hospitality arrangements will depend on the relevant Club’s schedule and availability. Your selected preferred fixture date is not guaranteed. If your preferred date or fixture is unavailable, an alternative date will be offered at William Hill’s discretion. William Hill is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, or rescheduling of matches by the Club. If you are contacted as a winner but do not respond to our Customer Contact Centre Team within 48 hours, or do not comply with the verification checks or eligibility criteria, or are otherwise unable or available to claim the Prize, we will draw another valid entrant, and your opportunity to win the Prize will be forfeited.
11. If you are a winner of the Prize Draw, your personal data will be stored within the Chatbot program and an excel sheet will be generated with all the entries.
12. Entrants must be aged 18+ and UK residents only.
HOW TO TAKE PART?
- Look out for the QR code in the promotional material in Participating Shops.
- Scan the QR code and enter your details and favourite SPFL Club via the William Hill landing page during the Prize Draw Period.
- If you are contacted via your mobile telephone number as a winner, respond within 48 hours to confirm your details, identity and age to claim your Prize.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following:
- using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);
- sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
- colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;
- taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/offer/bonus; and
- purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses, offers or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus/offer you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
- void any bets funded by a bonus/offer (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
- remove any winnings relating to any bonus/offer.
3. In addition to these terms and conditions, your participation in any gaming or wagering made available in William Hill shops is governed by our general terms (the "Fair Deal Rules") which are displayed in our shops available on request from shop staff. You should therefore ensure that you have read and understood the Fair Deal Rules and these terms and conditions before taking part in this promotion. In the case of any discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Fair Deal Rules, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.
4. William Hill reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (i) where you have breached these terms and conditions (and/or the Fair Deal Rules); or (ii) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:
- receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.
- place the remaining qualifying bets required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
- materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.
5. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
6. You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets) if you have previously been informed by William Hill that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the William Hill website, the William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app or in William Hill shops.
7. William Hill has the right to refuse or withhold free bets (or any winnings from free bets) in the event of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.
8. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
- without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
- by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the Promotion for any other reason).
9. We can also award an equivalent bonus/offer to the one referred to in this promotion.
10. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
