SIGNIFICANT CONDITIONS
a. The Bonus Drop Boost promotion runs every day from 00:00:01 (UK time) on 30.05.2026 until 23:59:59
(UK time) on 30.05.2027 (the “Promotion Period”).
b. This promotion is only available to customers registered and located in the UK and Ireland with an
online account held in pound sterling or euro.
c. From time to time William Hill reserves the right to add, remove and/or amend additional
enhancements to the terms and conditions of this promotion for a defined period. The details of any
such amendments shall be set out below in Appendix A.
d. Participating players have one chance each day of the Promotion Period to win a prize by clicking on the
“Bonus Drop Boost” icon on the William Hill website, or on the relevant advert for this promotion, to play
the Bonus Drop Boost game.
e. Within the Bonus Drop Boost game, players will receive one free disc (and therefore one opportunity to
participate in the promotion per day during the Promotion Period) and may choose from one of three
slots in which to drop their free disc.
i. From Saturday to Thursday (inclusive) during the Promotion Period, each disc drop may result in
either a ‘win’ or ‘no-win’ outcome Players can only claim a prize if they land on a ‘win’ symbol; and
ii. Each Friday under the Promotion Period shall be referred to as “Boost Day“. On each Boost Day, all
eligible players who participate shall receive a prize and may also be entitled to a ‘Friday Boost’ as
set out in further detail in clause i below.
f. There are 3 categories of prizes available in the promotion (each a “ Prize”, together the “Prizes”).
Players will not know which Prize they have won until it is generated. The chances of winning and
receiving each type of Prize may vary throughout the Promotion Period.
g. If players land on a ‘win’ symbol, one of the following Prizes will be available for them to claim:
- Free plays to use on one or more specific games; or
- A free bonus to use on one or more specific slot or table games.; or
- A cash prize which will be added to a player’s main balance after being claimed, available
immediately. Players can choose to withdraw cash or use it to play on any game.
h. Where players land on an ‘X’ this indicates a ‘no-win’ outcome and no prize will be awarded.
i. On Boost Day if players have played the Bonus Drop Boost game:
i. less than three times between Saturday and Thursday, they will receive a guaranteed prize and
there will not be a ‘no win’ outcome;
ii. a minimum of three times between Saturday and Thursday, they will receive a 2x multiplier on any
Prize they win. For example: 5 free spins at £/€0.10 won on Friday with a 2x multiplier as a Friday
Boost will be boosted to 10 Free Spins at £/€0.10; or
iii. six times (every day) between Saturday and Thursday, they will receive a 3x multiplier on any Prize
they win. For example: 10 free spins at £/€0.10 won on Friday with a 3x multiplier will be Boosted to
30 Free Spins at £/€0.10. To claim their Prize, players must click the ‘claim’ graphic before 23:59:59
on the day they have won. The Bonus Drop Boost game will reset at 00:00:01. Any Prize not
claimed in the relevant timeframe will be forfeited.
j. Each Prize will have its own terms and restrictions on use, which will be clearly shown to players as part
of the notification that they have won. Such terms will include specified timeframes for use (for free
plays and bonus only).
k. If you are opted in to more than one promotion at a time, any wagering requirements for the
promotions will be met in the order that you opted in to such promotions.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair
and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the
following:
a. using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises
risks or opposite betting);
b. sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer
them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by
someone else when it was not intended for you;
c. colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation
to the promotion;
d. taking part in a promotion that is not available in the country you live in;
e. using more than one account per household or per IP address;
f. taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to
abusing the promotion/offer/bonus; and
g. purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing
purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses, offers or
promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus/offer you have received as part of any
promotion we have cancelled, and either:
a. void any bets funded by a bonus/offer (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
b. remove any winnings relating to any bonus/offer.
3. William Hill reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction
requested by you: (i) where you have breached these terms and conditions; or (ii) at any time in our sole
discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already
made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would
affect your ability to:
a. receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, where you
have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.
b. place the remaining qualifying bets required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free
bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled
as a result; or
c. materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.
4. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your
main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory
obligations.
5. You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets) if you
have previously been informed by William Hill that you are excluded from participating in promotions or
any gaming or wagering on the William Hill website, the William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app or in
William Hill shops.
6. William Hill has the right to refuse or withhold free bets (or any winnings from free bets) in the event
of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.
7. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
a. without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or
regulation; or
b. by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for
example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, we identify a
mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the promotion for any other
reason).
8. We can also award an equivalent bonus/offer to the one referred to in this promotion.
9. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost
network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to
enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our
decision will be final.
10. Your use of our website and app, and your betting or gaming activity on it, is governed by our general
terms and conditions (currently available here for UK customers and here for Irish customers).
You must read the general terms and conditions, as well as these terms and conditions, before you
take part in this promotion. If any of these terms and conditions conflict with the general terms and
conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail to that extent.
10. If you reside in the United Kingdom, these terms and conditions shall be governed by, and
interpreted in line with, the laws of England and Wales, and any legal action in connection with these
terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
11. If you reside in Ireland, these terms and conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in line
with, the laws of Malta, and any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt
with in the Maltese courts.
12. For UK Online customers, the promoter of this promotion is WHG (International) Limited (trading as

Appendix A - Applicable enhancements to Bonus Drop Boost World Cup 2026
i. On any day during the 2026 World Cup tournament where (i) England or Scotland plays a scheduled
tournament match (“World Cup Match Boost”) or (ii) on 19 July 2026 (“Finals Boost”), players who
choose to participate in the Bonus Drop Boost game will receive a guaranteed prize with 2x multiplier
on any prize they win that day.
ii. In the event a World Cup Match Boost takes place on a Friday, the World Cup Match Boost’s guaranteed
prize and 2x multiplier will instead apply on the next day (Saturday) immediately following that Friday.
Players participating on such Saturday will receive the guaranteed 2x multiplier on any prize they
win.
iii. The additional Boost days operate independently and do not alter, replace, or enhance any standard
streaks or multipliers associated with the Bonus Drop Boost Game.
iv. The conditions set out in clause i of the Significant Conditions shall continue to apply to any Bonus Drop
Boost game played on a World Cup Match Boost day or the Finals Boost day.
v. After 19 July 2026 this World Cup 2026 enhancement will no longer be available.
