Where on the website/app can I view my transactions?
- Login and click on the balance icon at the top of the page.
- Click on 'Account History'. This is where you can view your sports and/or gaming history, your payment history and your net deposits information.
How do I view my transaction history?
The 'Account History' page allows you to filter your transactions:
- Login and click on the balance icon at the top of the page.
- Click on 'Account History'.
- By default, the information for all dates and all transaction types will show.
- Select your preferred timeframe by clicking on 'All dates'.
- Click 'Filters' if you want to filter for sports or gaming transactions. The payment transactions will also show under the transaction history.
How do I view my net deposit information?
- Login and click on the balance icon at the top of the page.
- Click on 'Account History'.
- Click on 'See Your Net Deposit Information':
- To view your lifetime net deposit amount, click on 'View account lifetime net deposit'.
- Or to view your net deposit information for a selected period (previous day, previous 7 days or previous 30 days), just click on the chosen period and click 'Email me selected net deposit'.
How can I check a manual adjustment in my account balance?
- Login and click on the balance icon at the top of the page.
- Click on 'My Transactions'.
- If a manual adjustment has been added to your account, it'll appear as a Manual Adjustment.
How do I check my payment ID?
- Go to "My Transactions".
- Click on your latest withdrawal transaction.
- Below will appear your payment reference number for that withdrawal.
