What is an ARN & How do I request one?
- The letters ARN are an abbreviation of 'Acquirer's Reference Number', and this number is used to track card transactions.
- If you're querying a card withdrawal, having the ARN will allow your bank to trace the transaction.
Follow these simple steps to get your ARN for the withdrawal(s):
For Visa Direct withdrawals:
- Before you request the ARN, make sure that at least 1 full day has passed (weekends included) since your withdrawal was successfully issued.
- Example: For a withdrawal processed on 31st May, the ARN can be requested on 2nd June.
For all other card withdrawals:
- Before you request the ARN, make sure that at least 5 working days have passed since your withdrawal was successfully issued.
- Double check with your bank that the funds haven't been received.
- Take note of the amount/date/card details for the withdrawal.
- Contact our Customer Service Team and provide the above details to our agent and request an ARN.
- You'll be sent your ARN via the registered email address on your account within 1-2 working days of the request.
- Once you've received the ARN, contact your bank and give them the provided ARN, so that the missing transaction can be traced within their system.
