Bet Acceptance
1. All bets are placed in accordance with our betting rules and terms and conditions.

3. If an accumulator or multiple bet is reduced by void selections, the bet will stand.

- Adjustments to settlement won't be made for any changes or adjudications made by governing bodies after the event.
5. In an instance where one team is forced to play without a full team, the whole match will be made void.
6. If a match is postponed or re-scheduled, bets placed on this market will stand provided the match is played within 48 hours of the schedule start time.
- If a match is postponed and not played within 48 hours, bets placed on this market will be void.
7. If a match is suspended due to, although not exclusively: equipment malfunction, loss of connection, a restart of a game with change of in-game characters, etc., bets placed on this market will stand provided the match is completed within 48 hours of the schedule start time.
- If a match is suspended and not completed within 48 hours, bets placed on this market will be void.
8. If the scheduled number of rounds or maps is changed, or if markets are erroneously offered based on a different number of rounds or maps from the scheduled number, then bets on the Match Handicap/Live, Total Maps Played/Live and Correct Scores/Live will be void.
Traditional eSports
- These rules refer to eSports that consist of humans playing against each other in the specified games.
Match Betting/Live
- Predict the winner of a match.
1. If there's a change to the scheduled number of games or maps played in the match, bets placed on this market will stand.
2. If there's a change in venue for a match, bets placed on this market will stand.
3. If there's a change in team members in the match, bets placed on this market will stand.
- If a player participates in an official match with a different/wrong nickname, or on a smurf-account, bets placed on this market will stand - unless it's clear that it wasn't the player that was supposed to play that match.
4. If the name of a player or team has been spelt incorrectly, bets placed on this market will stand.
5. If a player or team is given a walkover on at least one game or map before the match starts, bets placed on this market will be void.
- If a player or team is given a bye into the next round before the match starts, bets placed on this market will be void.
6. If a player or team is disqualified or retires from the match, bets placed on this market will be settled on the player or team determined as the winner by the official rules of the respective governing body.
7. Settlement will occur in real time and will be taken from the feed supplied by our service providers, which will be based on the official competition rules, immediately after the match or event is finished.
- Adjustments to settlement won't be made for any changes or adjudications made by governing bodies after the event.
8. If a match is won by a team surrendering, the match will be deemed as completed and all bets will stand.

- Predict which team will earn the most points during the specified period of time (the map).
- If a map isn't played or is awarded to one player/team by walkover or default without play having commenced, all bets on that map are void.
- A map is deemed to have started as soon as the game clock starts or a player takes a game action relating to that map, including picks, bans or makes purchases or any kind in the game.

- Should a match be abandoned for any reason (e.g. accidental disconnection) EXCEPT a 'Rage Quit', then:
For Pre-Match bets: This match won't be considered valid for settling purposes. - All pre-match bets will be settled according to the results of the first fully completed match.
- If after an abandonment the match isn't replayed, those markets where a winning result has been established will be settled and all other markets will be voided.

eSoccer 'Rage Quit' Rule
- If there's clear evidence of a match being ended due to a 'Rage Quit' by one of the participants, the match will be awarded to the team which was leading at the point of the deliberate disconnection.
- Match Result, Match Betting Live, To Qualify and To Qualify Live will all be settled according to the result at the time of the 'Rage Quit'.
- Other markets where a winning selection has been established will also be settled as normal for both pre-match and in-play, all other markets will be made void.

2. If there's a change to the scheduled course, bets placed on this market will stand.
3. If either selected driver retires or is disqualified from the race, bets placed on this market will stand and be settled on the official race result.
4. If a driver cannot connect or is disconnected from the race (for whatever reason), bets on this market will stand.
5. If both drivers cannot connect to start the race then bets in this instance will be made void.
6. Bets placed on this market will be settled on the official result of the race as indicated by the organiser of the event.

Abandoned and Postponed Matches
Abandoned Matches
- Should a match be abandoned for any reason (e.g. accidental disconnection) EXCEPT a 'Rage Quit', then:
- For Pre-Match Bets: This match won't be considered valid for settling purposes.
- All pre-match bets will be settled according to the results of the first fully completed match.
- If after an abandonment the match is not replayed, those markets where a winning result has been established will be settled and all other markets will be voided.
- For In-Play Bets: Markets where a winning result has been established will be settled and all other markets will be made void.
Postponed Matches
- Should a match/event be postponed or delayed until a later time/date, all bets placed on these events will stand.
- If an event/match is cancelled all bets placed on all markets will be made void.
'Rage Quit' Rule
- If there is clear evidence of a match being ended due to a 'Rage Quit' by one of the participants, the match will be awarded to the team which was leading at the point of the deliberate disconnection.
- Match Result and Match Result Live will be settled according to the result at the time of the 'Rage Quit'.
- Other markets where a winning selection has been established will also be settled as normal for both pre-match and in-play, all other markets will be made void.
