Aintree Festival Tickets Draw - Privacy Notice

This privacy notice will explain how we use your data for the Aintree Festival Tickets Draw.

The competition will run between 18 and 27 March 2026 in selected William Hill shops in Liverpool.

Customers will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win 1 pair of Aintree Festival tickets (10 pairs available for 09/04/26, 10 pairs for 10/04/26 & 5 pairs for 11/04/26), allocated in draw order.

Winners will have 48 hours from being contacted to claim the prize before a new winner is drawn.

We'll process the following categories of personal data:

• Full Name
• Telephone number
• Email address

For winners, we'll also process the following categories of personal data:

• ID
• Location (if applicable)

You're required to provide some personal data before you can enter the competition.

We'll process this data for the following purposes:

You can withdraw your consent for the purpose listed by contacting dataprotection@williamhill.com

NOTE: Withdrawing your consent to process your personal data will also withdraw your entry for the competition.

We'll only retain your personal data for the length of time required to fulfil the purpose above.
