This privacy notice will explain how we use your data for the William Hill Rangers Pitch Day Competition.

The data controller is William Hill Organization Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales, with company number 00278208 and whose registered office is at 1 Bedford Avenue, London, United Kingdom, WC1B 3AU.
The competition will run between 1st and 8th May 2026 in participating shops.
Individuals taking part will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a club/stadium experience at Celtic Park on Thursday, 21st May 2026.
There will be a total of 18 winners drawn at random within one week of the relevant prize draw closing time.
Winners will have 24 hours from being contacted to claim the prize before a new winner is drawn.
We will process the following categories of personal data:
- Name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Date of birth
- ID
- Visual images and video recordings
You are required to provide some personal data before you can enter the competition.
