HOW TO TAKE PART & SIGNIFICANT CONDITIONS

1. Enter for the chance to win a club/stadium experience at Ibrox Stadium on Thursday 21st May 2026, including the opportunity to play in a match and attend a Q&A event on the day (the “Prize”).
2. To participate, customers must inform a colleague at the counter that they wish to enter in the ‘pitch day’ promotion between Friday 1st May 2026 and Friday 8th May 2026 the “Prize Draw Period”) to be entered into the prize draw for a chance to win the Prize (“Prize Draw”).
3. The Winner must be aged 25 or over and will be required to provide valid identification prior to participation and at the point of sign-up. William Hill reserves the right to refuse participation to any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria or fails to comply with reasonable verification checks. A copy of which is appended as Schedule 1, the Winner shall sign an image release form to take part in the play on the pitch opportunity  (to be provided on the day of the match).
4. If eligible, a colleague will refer a participant to scan the relevant QR code to take part.
5. This promotion is only available in select William Hill shops displaying the Prize Draw poster.
6. You may only enter the Prize Draw once. For the avoidance of doubt, if you enter more than once, you will still only receive one entry into the Prize Draw.
7. There will be eighteen (18) Prize winners in total (each a “Winner”), drawn at random from all valid entries in the Prize Draw at the end of the Prize Draw Period. Each Winner will receive the Prize as described in clause (a), which includes a place for themselves, subject to the participant  meeting the eligibility requirements outlined in clause (c).
8. If you are a Winner of the Prize, we will contact you via telephone asking you to confirm your name, mobile telephone number, email address, date of birth and identity in order to claim the Prize. If you do not respond to this telephone call or any message left for you within 24 hours, or if you are not otherwise able or available to claim the Prize (including, without limitation, if you do not wish to appear in any filmed content on the day of the game), we will draw another valid entrant and repeat the process until we find all eighteen (18) winners, and you will surrender the Prize.
9. If you have validly claimed the Prize, we will, at our discretion, deliver details regarding the Prize to your email address.
10. Prizes cannot be sold or exchanged for cash (or any other prizes), cannot be transferred to anyone else and are available to home and neutral supporters only.
11. Travel, accommodation, and football kit (excluding shirts, shorts and socks which, for the avoidance of doubt, will be provided), are not included for the winner.
12. William Hill reserves the right to publish the details of any winners of its promotions (including, without limitation, the winners’ names and X, Instagram or Facebook handles) on its @williamhillspfl social media accounts, unless a winner gives William Hill prior written notice that they object to the publication of their details (such notice to be sent via direct message to the @williamhillspfl account). Notwithstanding any such objection, William Hill may provide details relating to winners to any applicable regulator or other public authority where required to do so by law.
13. William Hill will make available the surname and county of major prize winners (or equivalent information) to anyone who sends a request to retailcustomersupport@williamhill.co.uk within 12 weeks of each Prize Draw closing. Winners may object to the disclosure of this information or request that it be reduced, but William Hill must still provide information and evidence of the award to the ASA or other relevant regulators if required.
14. Participants must not be subject to a Football Banning Order which would prevent attendance at a football stadium or participation in the Prize. William Hill reserves the right to refuse entry, disqualify participants, or withdraw the Prize where such an order applies.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. By entering this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions. In addition to these terms and conditions, your participation in any betting, gaming or wagering made available in William Hill shops is governed by our general terms (the "Fair Deal Rules") which are displayed in our shops or available on request from shop staff. You should therefore ensure that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and the Fair Deal Rules before taking part in this promotion. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Fair Deal Rules, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.

2. Promotional offers are intended to enhance a customer's enjoyment of our services and any attempts to manipulate or abuse a promotion, or abuse the spirit of a promotion, will not be tolerated and may lead to forfeiture, blocking or cancellation of any Prizes under this promotion, as well as an immediate exclusion from this and future promotions and/or betting, gaming or wagering with William Hill (as applicable). William Hill in its reasonable discretion will decide what amounts to manipulation or abuse of a promotion.

3. If any Prize becomes unavailable for whatever reason, William Hill reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative available.

4. Prizes may be provided by third parties. In such cases:

• William Hill does not guarantee, and will not be liable for, the authenticity or quality of any such Prizes;
• William Hill will not be liable for any changes made to any such Prizes (including, without limitation, any changes to dates, times, locations or the nature of any such Prizes due to interruption, postponement, delay, cancellation or otherwise); and
• the winner of any such Prize must comply fully with any additional terms and conditions issued in connection with such Prize (including, without limitation, any ticket terms and conditions, general terms of admission, dress codes or alcohol consumption restrictions). William Hill reserves the right to withhold delivery of, and/or cancel, any such Prize if it reasonably suspects that the winner has not complied, or will not comply, with any such additional terms and conditions.

5. Unless expressly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions, William Hill is not responsible, and will not be liable, for any travel, accommodation or other costs or expenses in connection with any Prizes.

6. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to breach these terms and conditions. By way of example only:

• using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);
• sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
• colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;
• taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/bonus; and
• purchasing all the tickets for a free game or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.

7. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any prizes, bonuses or promotions, reclaim any prize or bonus you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:

• void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
• remove any winnings relating to any bonus.

8. William Hill reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (a) where you have breached these terms and conditions (and/or the Fair Deal Rules); or (b) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:

• receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets;
• place the remaining qualifying bets required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
• materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.

9. You may not participate in the promotion if you have previously been informed by William Hill that you are excluded from participating in promotions, prize draws or any betting, gaming or wagering in William Hill shops.

10. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:

• without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
• by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, or we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions).

10. These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
