Cash Out
- Cash Out gives the opportunity to settle a bet at the value displayed before the market is resulted, on mobile and online.
1. Cash Out is available for a range of markets on the majority of football matches both pre-match and in-play if the bet is still running and betting is still available on every unsettled selection.
2. If a multiple bet is made up of both pre-match and in-play markets, Cash Out will apply to each applicable leg.
- Example: For a Total Corners double placed during play in Arsenal v Liverpool and before play in Chelsea v Stoke:
- Cash Out will be available during play in Arsenal v Liverpool and before play in Chelsea v Stoke.
- Cash Out won't be available during play in Chelsea v Stoke.
3. Cash Out is available on selected markets if the bet is still running and betting is still available on every unsettled selection for all bet types including multiples and perms e.g. singles, doubles, trebles four folds etc.
4. Bets can be cashed out when the Cash Out value indicates as such.
5. Cash Out can be accessed in the open bets tab. A pre-determined settlement value will be offered based upon the selections, prices taken and current status of the betting transaction.
- Example: A £5 treble is placed on West Ham, Everton, and Tottenham:
- West Ham and Everton both win their 3 PM kick-off matches and Tottenham is due to kick-off at 5.30 PM
- A Cash Out settlement value will be offered on completion of the West Ham and Everton matches, before kick-off and during play of the Tottenham match providing betting is still available.
- The cash settlement can be redeemed immediately.
6. The Cash Out settlement value is non-negotiable.
7. Bets will be capped at the maximum Cash Out settlement value of £25,000.
8. If the Cash Out settlement value changes during a settlement transaction, the transaction won't be completed and a revised settlement value will be offered, which will have to be accepted before proceeding.
9. When an obvious pricing error occurs (also referred to as a palpable error), that selection may not be cashed out.
- If the Cash Out settlement value has been accepted in error, the Cash Out transaction will be made void and the bet will be settled on the original bet instructions with the correct price(s) applied.
- If subsequent attempts are made to place bets and Cash Out on the same market(s) before the obvious error has been corrected then, the Cash Out settlement value and the bet stake(s) will be made void.
10. Cash Out is an automated facility and is subject to the availability of betting. Therefore, if betting isn't available on any market with the given bet, a Cash Out settlement won't be offered.
11. Cash Out may be affected if your bet triggers a free bet promotion. See individual promotional terms for details.
Change of Venue
- If a venue is changed and isn't published or known to us at the time the prices or handicaps are advertised, bets placed on that match will stand providing the match isn't switched to the opponent's ground, in which case bets placed on that match will be made void.
Obvious Price or Terms Errors
- We do all that we can to avoid errors, however we cannot accept responsibility for obvious errors, also referred to as palpable errors, or omissions in respect of the announcing, publishing or marking of prices, handicaps, or results that occur despite our every effort to ensure total accuracy.
1. In the event that we make an obvious error, which occurs when the odds/terms offered are materially different from that available in the general market and/or are clearly incorrect given the probability of the event occurring, we reserve the right to amend that error and settle bets at the correct odds/terms available when the bet was struck.
2. If we have made an obvious error on the odds/terms of a bet placed on an in-play market, we'll settle that bet at the accurate odds/terms of that selection and/or bet at the time of bet placement.
3. If we have made an obvious error on a bet placed on a market offered before an event has started:
- If more advantageous odds/terms have been applied at the time of bet placement, we'll settle the bet at the accurate odds/terms at the time of bet placement or, on condition that verification is provided, at the best odds/terms available with any of the following companies at the time of bet placement: Bet 365; Betfred; Coral; Ladbrokes; Stan James.
- If less advantageous odds/terms have been applied at the time of bet placement, we'll settle that bet at the accurate odds/terms of that selection and/or bet at the time of bet placement.
FAQ
Q: You briefly displayed odds of Liverpool 22/1 | Draw 15/2 | Port Vale 1/9 and I placed a bet on Liverpool to win the match at 22/1. Does my bet stand at this price?
A: No, because the odds for Liverpool and Port Vale were transposed.
This was an obvious error because the odds are materially different from that available in the general market and are clearly incorrect given the probability of each team winning the match.

Related Bets Within the Same Event
- Accumulative bets involving related bets, also referred to as related contingencies, within the same event aren't accepted.
- Related bets occur when combining two or more markets into an accumulative bet where the outcome of one market wholly or partly impacts upon the outcome of another, such as Man Utd to win 2-0 and Man Utd to win the match.
- A special price double is offered combining related bets for a number of markets such as scorecast, wincast etc.
- If a bet is inadvertently accepted combining two or more bets where the outcome of one market wholly or partly impacts upon the outcome of another, the stake will be invested on the selection with the largest price. Where two or more selections are quoted at the largest price, the stakes will be equally divided between them.
- Where the related parts of the bet are resolved at different times, unless special price double or special price accumulative odds are available, bets will be settled as instructed with the odds for the second or subsequent legs being determined at each individual stage.
FAQ
Q: Can I place a double on Bruno Fernandes to score the first goal and Man Utd to win 2-0 at the combined individual odds quoted for each selection?
A: No, because if Bruno Fernandes scores the first goal, the likelihood of a 2-0 win for Man Utd increases.
This bet is available as a special price double in the scorecast market.
Related Bets for the Same Selection
- Bets for the same selection to win more than one event, such as Chelsea to win the Premier League and the FA Cup, are only accepted when a special price is advertised.
- Accumulative bets for the same selection to win more than one event aren't accepted at the individual odds quoted.
Special Price Double
- A special price double provides one price combining two markets where it isn't possible to multiply the odds as the outcome of one market wholly or partly impacts upon the outcome of another.
Duplicate Names
- If there's more than one team or player with the same name and the selection hasn't been identified by either first name, team or qualifying price, the competitor with the lowest advertised price will be taken as the selection.
- If one or more competitors are quoted at the lowest advertised price, then the stake will be divided between them.
Winning Selection Established in the Market
- Settlement of all stats markets will be based on data provided by OPTA (Part of the Stats Perform Group), as soon as a winning selection has been established in the market.
- OPTA stats are available here.
- OPTA may occasionally go back and make amendments to ensure accuracy. We'll settle all markets based on their final decision.
- Adjustments to the settlement of markets won't be made for changes or adjudications made by governing bodies after the event.
- OPTA have a long-established list of ‘Event Definitions’ which are adhered to across all of their data collection centres. They can be accessed here.
- A winning selection has deemed to have been established in the market as soon as the time played in the remainder of the match cannot affect the outcome of the bet.
- If a match is abandoned and a winning selection has been established in the market, bets placed on that market will stand - win or lose.
- If a match is abandoned and a winning selection hasn't been established in the market, bets placed on that market will be void as the match didn't play for the full duration.
Club and International Friendlies
- Friendly matches won't necessarily indicate a home and away team.
- All bets will stand regardless of the venue at which the match is played.
- In friendly matches, if the match is scheduled for 90 minutes but is completed early due to the referee's discretion, all bets will stand on the final result.
- This doesn't include abandonments, which will be treated as normal.
- A friendly for the purpose of this rule is defined as a match listed on site under the heading Club Friendly or International Friendly.
Competitions/Teams that fail to complete scheduled fixtures
- If any set of scheduled games in a league/division isn't completed due to the governing body making the decision to formally end the season early for any reason (including a health pandemic), then we'll settle all bets on the final league positions as declared by the governing body.
- If partial results are declared (i.e. a league winner) then all markets relating to that market will be settled as normal, all other markets where no result has been declared will be void.
- If no official results are declared by the official governing body then all selections will be voided.
- Should any individual team fail to fulfil their fixtures (due to but not exclusive to financial issues etc), all bets placed on other participating teams' outright markets will stand and will be settled according to the official final finishing positions.
- Any match bets involving a team that withdraws from the league without fulfilling their fixtures will be made void.
- Any special or #YourOdds bet involving a team that has withdrawn from the league and failed to fulfil their fixtures will be made void, unless a result for that part of the bet has been established.
- For a league/competition that fails to complete the scheduled fixture, but the governing body declares an official result: any Special or #YourOdds bet that it is inclusive of a total market will be settled on the specific total when the league concludes.
POSTPONED MATCHES
- A postponement is deemed to be where a match isn't played on the day it's scheduled.
- A postponed match can occur for a variety of reasons (though not exclusively); inclement weather and conditions, security/policing, power failures, crowd trouble etc.
- In the instance where a match is postponed, these principles will be applied in settling bets:
1. Bets on a postponed fixture will be made void at the point of notification. Exceptions to these are:
- If a fixture is rescheduled at the point of postponement and kicks off within 48 hours of original kick off time, then bets will stand.
2. For the below leagues and competitions, bets will stand on matches where a new date is officially announced within 48 hours of the postponement.
- If no new date is announced within the 48 hours, then the fixture will be deemed postponed indefinitely and made void for settling purposes.
- FIFA World Cup
- UEFA European Championships (Finals)
- UEFA Champions League matches (doesn't include qualifying)
- Europa League matches (doesn't include qualifying)
- English FA Cup final
- English League Cup final
- William Hill Scottish Cup final
- Scottish League Cup final
- English play-off finals (English Championship, English League 1 and English League 2).
3. If a match is rearranged within the same round of fixtures, agreed by the league or competition governing body, for reasons such as TV coverage etc, then this won't be deemed a postponement and bets will stand.
FAQs
Q1: What happens to my multiple bet if one match is postponed?
A1: The bet will be settled on the remaining selections within the multiple bet - i.e. a treble becomes a double.
Q2: Are pools panels judgements or official governing declarations ever counted toward settlement of bets on postponed matches?
A2: No.
ABANDONED MATCHES
- An abandonment is deemed to be where a match has been unable to play to completion and play halted, and not played out to conclusion on the same day.
- An abandoned match can occur for a variety of reasons (though not exclusively); inclement weather and conditions, security/policing, power failures, crowd trouble etc.
- In the instance where a match is abandoned, these principles will be applied in settling bets:
- If a winning selection in a specific market has been established before the match abandonment, bets will stand and settlement will occur as expected.
- If a winning selection for a specific market hasn't been established at the time of abandonment, all bets will be settled as void.
- A match that's interrupted (e.g. inclement weather), but then plays to a conclusion on the same day won't count as an abandonment and bets will be settled on the outcome at the end of the match.
- In the case of an abandonment, any subsequent replays/completions, award of the match result by governing bodies or pools panel decisions won't count toward settlement.
