SIGNIFICANT CONDITIONS
1. This promotion is available in William Hill shops from shop opening on 13/06/26 and until shop close on 19/07/26 or until stocks last (the “Promotion Period”).
2. To participate, customers must:
- Be aged 18 or over; and
- Place a qualifying bet of £20 or more on a Bet Builder on any Home Nation game (England or Scotland) in shop on betting terminals during the Promotion Period (a “Qualifying Bet”).
3. Upon placing a Qualifying Bet, customers will receive a bet slip which must be presented to a shop colleague at the counter to receive one (1) promotional pack, subject to availability.
4. Each promotional pack contains two (2) cards:
- One (1) prize card; and
- One (1) country card
5. Each promotional pack contains one (1) prize card. Available prizes include:
- 2 x £5,000 instant win prizes;
- 1 x £5,000 prize awarded via a prize draw;
- 30 pairs of Scottish Professional Football League General Admission tickets;
- 30 pairs of General Admission racing tickets at selected racecourses; and
- Free bets, as detailed in term 6.
6. Free bet prizes are distributed as follows:
- 33,000 × £1 free bets;
- 15,000 × £2 free bets; and
- 2,000 × £5 free bets
7. “Country cards” have no monetary value and do not constitute a prize. Customers who receive a country card may enter the £5,000 prize draw by scanning the QR code on the reverse of the card and submitting their details as instructed.
8. A total of 50,063 promotional packs are available across all participating shops. Each pack contains two (2) cards (one (1) prize card and one (1) country card), giving a total of 100,126 cards. Each shop will receive a limited allocation of packs (50 per shop). Packs are distributed randomly and are available only while stocks last.
9. Customers are limited to one (1) promotional pack per person per day, regardless of the number of Qualifying Bets placed.
10. Free bets:
- £1, £2 and £5 free bets must be redeemed in-shop (excluding on-course shops) on any Football market via betting terminals before shop close on 20/07/26 and must be used in full in a single transaction.
- Free bets are non-refundable, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and cannot be partially redeemed or exchanged. The stake is not returned as part of any winnings.
- Photocopies, duplicates, damaged free bets or images of free bets will not be accepted.
11. £5,000 instant win prizes:
- Two (2) £5,000 instant win prizes are available and randomly distributed within promotional packs.
- Winners must follow the instructions on the prize card and contact William Hill using the details provided, including submitting a clear photo of the winning card and unique 6 digit code on the front of the card.
- Winners will be required to provide proof of identity, age and any additional verification information requested.
- In order to successfully claim the prize, winners must provide all requested details by 26/07/2026 and to William Hill’s satisfaction.
- The prize consists of £5,000 issued in the form of a prepaid Mastercard (the “Card”). Winners may choose to receive the Card in either virtual or physical form. Use of the Card is subject to the Card issuer’s own terms, conditions and fees. The Card may be used for purchases at participating merchants who accept Mastercard payments or, if permitted by the Card issuer, cash withdrawal. The Card expires three (3) years from the date of issue.
- If a winner does not respond within the required timeframe or fails verification, William Hill reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
- The prize is non-transferable and no alternative will be offered.
12. £5,000 prize draw (“Prize Draw”):
- One (1) £5,000 prize will be awarded via a prize draw.
- Entry is only open to customers who submit their details via the QR code featured on a country card in accordance with term 7.
- Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- Entries must be received by shop close on 20/07/26.
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries as soon as reasonably practicable after the Promotion Period. If you are selected from the Prize Draw, our Customer Contact Centre Team will contact you on or as soon as possible after the day of the Prize Draw via the telephone number provided asking you to confirm/provide your name, email address, mobile telephone number and proof of age and identity to claim the Card.
- Entrants must meet all eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions, including having placed a Qualifying Bet. Proof of purchase (a valid receipt) may be required to verify eligibility. Entrants must retain such proof and satisfy all reasonable verification checks in order to claim the Card if successful in the Prize Draw.
- If you are contacted but do not respond to our Retail marketing team or third party partners within 48 hours, or if you do not comply with the verification checks or are not otherwise able or available to claim the Card, we will draw another valid entrant and repeat the process, and your opportunity to win the Card will be forfeited.
- The prize consists of £5,000 issued in the form of a prepaid Mastercard (the “Card”). The Card will be issued in virtual form unless otherwise determined by William Hill. The winner may object to such publication or request by selecting the relevant opt-out option at the point of entry. 13. Scottish Professional Football League General Admission ticket prizes:
- Each prize consists of a pair of Scottish Professional Football League General Admission tickets for the winner’s preferred club in Scotland, subject to availability.
- Tickets will be fulfilled by William Hill’s Retail Marketing team or third-party partners.
- To claim the prize, winners must provide all requested details to William Hill’s satisfaction and meet all eligibility criteria by 26/07/2026.
- Upon successful verification, William Hill will confirm how the tickets will be delivered or collected.
- The match date will depend on the relevant club’s schedule and availability.
- If the preferred fixture is unavailable, an alternative date will be offered at William Hill’s discretion.
- The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food or drink. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.

HOW TO TAKE PART

4. Open your pack to reveal your prize card and country card.
