This privacy notice will explain how we use your data for the ‘Vegas Prize Draw Competition’.

- The data controller is William Hill Organization Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales, with company number 00278208 and whose registered office is at 1 Bedford Avenue, London, United Kingdom, WC1B 3AU.
- The competition will run in shop between 20/07/2026 and 27/07/2026.
- Any customer who takes part will be eligible to be entered into the prize draw.
- There will be three prize winners in total, being drawn at random from all valid entries at the end of the Prize Draw Period.
- Participants will have 48 hours from being contacted to claim the prize.
- William Hill may make the surname and county of the winner available to anyone who requests such information within 12 weeks of the closing date of the Prize Draw to demonstrate that the Prize Draw has been conducted fairly.
- You'll be provided with the option to opt in or out of such publication on the entry form.
- You're required to provide some personal data in order to enter the competition as outlined in this Notice.
We'll process the following categories of personal data:
- Full name
- Telephone number
- ID
- Date of birth
- Email Address
- County

- Withdrawing your consent to process your personal data will also withdraw your entry for the competition.
- Your data will also be processed by Prize Shark for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.

- We'll retain your personal data for the length of time required to fulfil the purposes set out above.
