SIGNIFICANT CONDITIONS
1. The Prize Draw promotion is only available at selected William Hill shops in Scotland (“Participating Shops”).
2. To enter, scan the QR code displayed on the promotional material available in Participating Shops and follow the link to the William Hill landing page. Submit your name, mobile telephone number and email address through the Chatbot between 00:01 (UK time) on Friday 7 August 2026 and 23:59 (UK time) on Friday 14 August 2026 (the ‘Promotion Period’) for valid entry into the Prize Draw.
3. You can only enter the Prize Draw once during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries by the same individual (determined by name, telephone number and email address) will be disqualified, and only the first valid entry will be counted.
4. It is free to enter the Prize Draw.
5. The Prize consists of one pair of hospitality tickets for the Dundee United v Dundee SPFL Premiership fixture on Saturday 22 August 2026. Both the winner and their guest must be aged 18 or over.
6. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. A maximum of one winner will be selected. Where only one valid entry is received, that entrant will be deemed the winner. If no valid entries are received, no Prize will be awarded.
8. If you are selected as the winner, William Hill's Customer Contact Centre Team will contact you using the telephone number provided at the time of entry.
You will be asked to confirm:
- Your full name;
- Mobile number;
- Email address; and
- Proof of identity and age where required.
9. In order to successfully claim the Prize, you must:
- Respond to the message within 48 hours of first contact
- Provide all details requested to our satisfaction and
- Meet all eligibility criteria for the Prize Draw.
10. If you are contacted as a winner but do not respond to our Customer Contact Centre Team within 48 hours, do not comply with the verification checks or eligibility criteria, or are otherwise unable or unavailable to claim the Prize, William Hill reserves the right to select another valid entrant, and your opportunity to claim the Prize will be forfeited.
11. Upon the winner successfully claiming the Prize, William Hill will confirm how the hospitality tickets will be issued or otherwise made available to the winner.
- Winners must not be subject to any football banning order or other restriction which would prevent attendance at a football match. If a winner is subject to such a restriction, William Hill reserves the right to withdraw the prize and no alternative will be offered.
- If the Dundee United v Dundee fixture is postponed or rescheduled, the Prize will apply to the fixture on its rearranged date. If the fixture is cancelled and is not rearranged, the winner will receive one pair of hospitality tickets for another fixture made available by the club. The alternative fixture and date will be determined by the club and will not be chosen by the winner. No cash alternative or other substitute prize will be offered.
- The prize does not include travel or accommodation, and any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
12. If you are a winner of the Prize Draw, your personal data will be stored within the Chatbot program and an excel sheet will be generated with all the entries.
13. Entrants must be aged 18+ and UK residents only.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following:
- using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);
- sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
- colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;
- taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/offer/bonus; and
- purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses, offers or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus/offer you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
- void any bets funded by a bonus/offer (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
- remove any winnings relating to any bonus/offer.
3. In addition to these terms and conditions, your participation in any gaming or wagering made available in William Hill shops is governed by our general terms (the "Fair Deal Rules") which are displayed in our shops available on request from shop staff. You should therefore ensure that you have read and understood the Fair Deal Rules and these terms and conditions before taking part in this promotion. In the case of any discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Fair Deal Rules, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.
4. William Hill reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (i) where you have breached these terms and conditions (and/or the Fair Deal Rules); or (ii) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:
- receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.
- place the remaining qualifying bets required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
- materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.
5. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
6. You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets) if you have previously been informed by William Hill that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the William Hill website, the William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app or in William Hill shops.
7. William Hill has the right to refuse or withhold free bets (or any winnings from free bets) in the event of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.
8. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
- without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
- by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the Promotion for any other reason).
9. We can also award an equivalent bonus/offer to the one referred to in this promotion.
10. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
