• One winner per eligible club will be selected at random following the close of each Prize Draw Period.

• Winners will be contacted by telephone and must respond within 48 hours to verify their identity and eligibility or the Prize will be forfeited.

SIGNIFICANT CONDITIONS

1. The Prize Draw promotion is only available at selected William Hill shops in Scotland (“Participating Shops”).

2. To enter, scan the QR code from the promotional material available in Participating Shops and enter your name, mobile number, email address and your preferred SPFL League One or League Two football club via the William Hill landing page between 00:01 (UK time) on Monday 3 August 2026 and 23:59 (UK time) on Thursday 15 April 2027 for valid entry into the Prize Draw.

• A Prize Draw Period means each fortnightly entry period commencing at 00:01 (UK time) on a Monday and ending at 23:59 (UK time) on the second Sunday thereafter.
• Entries received during one Prize Draw Period will only be eligible for that specific Prize Draw and will not roll over into any subsequent Prize Draw Period.

3. The Promotion consists of consecutive fortnightly Prize Draw Periods, each commencing on a Monday and ending on the second Sunday thereafter. Each Prize Draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable following the close of the relevant Prize Draw Period.

4. Entries submitted during a Prize Draw Period will only be eligible for that specific draw and will not roll over into subsequent Prize Draw Periods.

5. You may enter the Prize Draw once during each Prize Draw Period. Multiple entries submitted during the same Prize Draw Period by the same individual (determined by name, mobile number, email address) will be disqualified, and only the first valid entry will be counted.

6. Customers may enter again during subsequent Prize Draw Periods.

7. It is free to enter the Prize Draw.

8. Each Prize consists of:

• One (1) pair of General Admission tickets for two people;
• To one home fixture of the winner's SPFL League One or League Two club as selected when entering the Prize Draw; subject to availability.

9. One Prize Draw will take place following the close of each Prize Draw Period and within 2 working days of the Prize Draw Period closing.

10. One winner will be selected at random for each eligible SPFL League One club and each eligible SPFL League Two club from all valid entries received for that club during the relevant Prize Draw Period.

11. A maximum of 20 winners will be selected during each Prize Draw, with one winner selected for each eligible SPFL League One and League Two club where at least one valid entry has been received. Where only one valid entry is received for a Club during a Prize Draw Period, that entrant will be deemed the winner for that Club. If no valid entries are received for a Club during a Prize Draw Period, no Prize will be awarded for that Club for that Prize Draw.

12. If you are selected as a winner, William Hill's Customer Contact Centre Team will email you using the email address provided, if we fail to speak with the winner within 48 hours we contact you using the telephone number provided at the time of entry.

You will be asked to confirm:

• Your full name;
• Mobile telephone number;
• Email address; and
• Proof of identity and age where required.

13. In order to successfully claim the Prize, you must:

• Respond to the message within 72 hours of first contact;
• Provide all details requested to our satisfaction; and
• Meet all eligibility criteria for the Prize Draw.

14. If you are contacted as a winner but do not respond to our Customer Contact Centre Team within 48 hours, do not comply with the verification checks or eligibility criteria, or are otherwise unable or unavailable to claim the Prize, William Hill reserves the right to select another valid entrant, and your opportunity to claim the Prize will be forfeited.

15. Upon successfully claiming your Prize, William Hill will provide you with a list of available home fixtures for your selected Club.

• Winners may choose one fixture from the available options.
• Tickets will be allocated by William Hill, subject to availability.
• The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food or drink. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.
• William Hill is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, or rescheduling of matches by the club.
• Winners must not be subject to any football banning order or other restriction which would prevent attendance at a football match. Winners and their guest must comply with the applicable terms and conditions and ground regulations of the relevant football club. If these requirements are not met, William Hill reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and no alternative will be offered.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

16. If you are a winner of the Prize Draw, your personal data will be stored within the Chatbot program and an excel sheet will be generated with all the entries.

17. Entrants must be aged 18+ and UK residents only.

HOW TO TAKE PART

1. Visit a participating William Hill shop in Scotland.

2. Scan the QR code displayed on the promotional material.

3. Complete the online entry form, including your preferred SPFL League One or League Two club.

4. Submit your entry during the current Prize Draw Period.

5. If contacted as a winner, respond within 48 hours to confirm your details and eligibility.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. In accordance with our general terms and conditions and our cookies and privacy policies (which can be found on our website at https://www.williamhill.com/), when you participate in this offer, we will need to collect and store certain information about you.

2. If you do not agree to this use of your information, or our terms and conditions, please contact our team via email to dataprotection@williamhill.com.

3. William Hill may (i) publish the surname and county of the Prize Draw winner on its website; and (ii) make the surname and county of the winner available to anyone who requests such information by emailing retailmarketing@williamhill.co.uk within 12 weeks of the final Prize Draw Period end date, in each case to demonstrate that the Prize Draw has been conducted fairly. The winner may object to such publication or request by selecting the relevant opt-out option at the point of entry. Notwithstanding the above, William Hill may disclose winner details to any regulatory body as required by applicable law or regulation, including (without limitation) the UK Gambling Commission and the Advertising Standards Authority.

4. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw and awarding the prize in accordance with the policies on our website https://www.williamhill.com/ and as set out further below. Data will not be used for marketing unless separate consent is provided.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following:

• using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);
• sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
• colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;
• taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/offer/bonus; and
• purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.

2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses, offers or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus/offer you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:

• void any bets funded by a bonus/offer (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
• remove any winnings relating to any bonus/offer.

In addition to these terms and conditions, your participation in any gaming or wagering made available in William Hill shops is governed by our general terms (the "Fair Deal Rules") which are displayed in our shops available on request from shop staff. William Hill reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (i) where you have breached these terms and conditions (and/or the Fair Deal Rules); or (ii) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:

• receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.
• place the remaining qualifying bets required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
• materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.

5. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.

You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets) if you have previously been informed by William Hill that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the William Hill website, the William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app or in William Hill shops.

7. William Hill has the right to refuse or withhold free bets (or any winnings from free bets) in the event of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.

8. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:

• without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
• by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the Promotion for any other reason).

9. We can also award an equivalent bonus/offer to the one referred to in this promotion.

We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.

11. These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
