• To enter, scan the in-shop QR code between 14/09/26 and 27/09/26 and submit your contact details & preferred SPFL club (Premiership - League 2) for the chance to win one pair of General Admission tickets to a match of winners' chosen Club.
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
• Up to 42 winners (one per eligible Club) drawn at random after the Prize Draw Period.
• Winners contacted by phone; must verify identity and eligibility within 48 hours or forfeit prize.

SIGNIFICANT CONDITIONS

1. The Prize Draw promotion is only available at William Hill shops in Scotland (“Participating shops”).

2. To enter, scan the QR code displayed on the promotional material available in participating shops and follow the link to the William Hill landing page and enter your name, mobile number, email address, and your favourite SPFL Premiership, Championship, League 1 or League 2 football club (“Club”) via a Chatbot at any time between 00:01 GMT (UK time) on 14/09/26 and midnight (UK time) on 27/09/26 (the “Prize Draw Period”) for valid entry into the Prize Draw.

3. You can only enter the Prize Draw once during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries by the same individual (determined by name, mobile number and email address) will be disqualified, and only the first valid entry will be counted.

4. It is free to enter the Prize Draw.

5. The prize consists of one (1) pair of General Admission tickets at a match at your chosen Club (subject to availability). Both the winner and their guest must be aged 18 or over.

6. The winner will be selected at random using this site: https://www.randomdraws.com/uk/ from all valid entries as soon as reasonably practicable after the Promotion Period.

7. A maximum of 42 winners will be selected in total - one winner per eligible Club (i.e. where at least one valid entry has been received for that Club). Each draw will be conducted separately based on the stated Club preferences. Where only one valid entry is received for a given Club, that entrant will automatically be deemed the winner for that Club. If no entries are received for a given Club, no draw will take place for that Club and the Prize for that Club will remain unallocated.

8. If you are selected as the winner, William Hill's Customer Contact Centre Team will contact you using the telephone number provided at the time of entry.

You will be asked to confirm:

• Your full name;
• Mobile number;
• Email address; and
• Proof of identity and age where required.

9. In order to successfully claim the Prize, you must:

• Respond to the message within 48 hours of first contact
• Provide all details requested to our satisfaction and
• Meet all eligibility criteria for the Prize Draw.

10. If you are contacted as a winner but do not respond to our Customer Contact Centre Team within 48 hours, do not comply with the verification checks or eligibility criteria, or are otherwise unable or unavailable to claim the Prize, William Hill reserves the right to select another valid entrant, and your opportunity to claim the Prize will be forfeited.

11. Upon the winner successfully claiming the Prize, William Hill will confirm how the General Admission tickets will be issued or otherwise made available to the winner.

• Winners must not be subject to any football banning order or other restriction which would prevent attendance at a football match. If a winner is subject to such a restriction, William Hill reserves the right to withdraw the prize and no alternative will be offered.
• If the selected fixtures is postponed or rescheduled, the Prize will apply to the fixture on its rearranged date. If the fixture is cancelled and is not rearranged, the winner will receive one pair of General Admission tickets for another fixture made available by the club. The alternative fixture and date will be determined by the club and will not be chosen by the winner. No cash alternative or other substitute prize will be offered.
• The prize does not include travel or accommodation, and any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

12. If you are a winner of the Prize Draw, your personal data will be stored within the Chatbot program and an excel sheet will be generated with all the entries.

13. Entrants must be aged 18+ and UK residents only.

4. If contacted as a winner, respond within 48 hours to confirm your details and eligibility.

William Hill may (i) publish the surname and county of the Prize Draw winner on its website; and (ii) make the surname and county of the winner available to anyone who requests such information by emailing retailmarketing@williamhill.co.uk within 12 weeks of the final Prize Draw Period end date, in each case to demonstrate that the Prize Draw has been conducted fairly. The winner may object to such publication or request by selecting the relevant opt-out option at the point of entry. Notwithstanding the above, William Hill may disclose winner details to any regulatory body as required by applicable law or regulation, including (without limitation) the UK Gambling Commission and the Advertising Standards Authority.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 years and over and resident in the UK.

2. By entering this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. All customer offers, promotions and prizes are strictly limited to one per person, family, household address, email address and IP address. William Hill reserves the right to withdraw the availability of promotions to any customer or group of customers at any time.

4. Promotional offers are intended to enhance a customer's enjoyment of our services and any attempts to manipulate or abuse 11. promotion, or abuse of the spirit of a promotion, will not be tolerated and may lead to forfeiture, blocking or cancellation of any prizes under this promotion, as well as an immediate exclusion from this and future promotions and/or closing of the account (as applicable). 5. Prizes cannot be sold or exchanged for cash (or any other prizes) and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

6. If any prize becomes unavailable for whatever reason, William Hill reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative available.

7. William Hill will not be liable for any changes made to any such prizes (including, without limitation, any changes to dates, times, locations or the nature of any such prizes due to interruption, postponement, delay, cancellation or otherwise); and
