- While this won't remove your account, it stops any future deposits or withdrawals from happening.
Things to consider when closing your account:
- Withdraw any remaining money before closing your account.
- Contact our Customer Service Team to withdraw any open bet winnings after your account has been closed.
- Read our Privacy Notice for information on how long we retain personal data once an account is closed or inactive.
How to Close your Account
- Login to your account and click on the balance icon at the top of the screen.
- In the dropdown menu, click on ‘Safer Gambling’ (for mobile users click on ‘Gambling Controls’/‘Account Controls’).
- Click on 'Account Closure'.
- Pick your closure reason from the dropdown box.
- Enter your password.
- Click on 'Confirm - I want to close my account'.
- You'll see a closure confirmation on screen.
- NOTE: If you decide to go back playing, you can always re-open your account with us by going to our Account Recovery page.
