How are my horses assigned to me?
- Your horses will be randomly allocated for each Game.
Is there a limit on the number of games I can enter?

Once I have drawn my stable, can I change my horses?
- No, once you have revealed your stable, it cannot be redrawn or changes made to that game.
What happens if one of my horses is a non-runner?
- If a horse in your Stable becomes a non-runner, it will be automatically replaced with a horse in the same race with the next best Smart Score rating at the time the replacement is made.
- Replacements are automatic and cannot be chosen or changed.
What happens if a race meeting is partially abandoned?
- Any result that has already been established from a previous race will still stand.
What happens if one or more of my Stable races are abandoned?
- Horses from an abandoned race will be classed as lost and not replaced with a selection from an alternative race.
What happens if the race ends in a Dead Heat?
- Both selections that finished tied for first place will be settled as a winner.
How are race results determined?
- Results are determined based on the official race result declared by the BHA / Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) once all jockeys have weighed in.

ENTRY MECHANICS
1. To enter a Game, Eligible Customers must:
- Select “Play For free” on the relevant Game shown within the Lobby (via the William Hill website or iOS or Android app);
- Select “Reveal Stable” to be presented with five randomly allocated horses that make up your Stable for that Game. The five horses are randomly selected from the eligible runners in the relevant races, with one horse selected per race. Eligible Customers cannot choose, change or otherwise influence the horses allocated; and
- Finish with three or more winning horses in their Stable winning their respective races in order to receive an equal share of the Game’s jackpot prize.
2. Eligible Customer(s) may enter each Game once only and may draw only one Stable per Game. There is no limit on the number of different Games that an Eligible Customer may enter at any one time.
3. Upon revealing their Stable, the horses allocated to the Eligible Customer are final for that Game and cannot be redrawn by the Eligible Customer. William Hill may only amend a Stable in accordance with clause 21.
4. Once an Eligible Customer has revealed their Stable, the relevant Game will appear in the Lobby and “My Stable” section for live tracking.
5. An Eligible Customer will not be able to join a Game or reveal a Stable for a specific Game after the advertised Game deadline displayed in the Lobby has passed.
6. Participation in Games is free to play; no purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
7. A Game will conclude once all races from the relevant race meeting, or the selected races within the Game for the relevant race day, have finished.
8. Jackpot prizes will be split and paid out in equal amounts to all Eligible Customers whose Stable contains three or more winning horses from the relevant race meeting or selected races.
9. If no Eligible Customer finishes a Game with a Stable containing three or more winning horses, the jackpot prize for that Game won't be won, and won't roll over to any subsequent Game.
10. Any winnings will be paid in cash and credited to the winner’s William Hill main account balance, within forty-eight (48) business hours of the relevant Game reaching its conclusion.
11. Any jackpot prize winnings will be paid in cash and credited to each winner’s William Hill main account balance within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant Game reaching its conclusion. Eligible Customers residing in Ireland will receive any jackpot prize winnings in euros (€). 12. Race results and winners are determined based on the official race result declared by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) or Horse Racing Ireland (HRI).
SIGNIFICANT CONDITIONS
1. The promotion runs from 00:01 (UK time) on Saturday 28th February 2026 until 23:59 (UK time) on Thursday 31st December 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. This promotion is only available to players residing in the UK or Ireland who have a registered William Hill online account (“Eligible Customers”).

4. For the purpose of these terms and conditions:
- A “Game” means a free-to-play game within Lucky Stable in which Eligible Customers can participate in relation to a specific horse racing meeting or a set of race meetings on a single calendar day.
- A “Stable” means the five horses randomly allocated to a customer for a particular Game.
- A “Lobby” means a Lucky Stable lobby within the William Hill website or iOS or Android mobile app where Games are displayed and accessed by Eligible Customers.
5. During the Promotion Period, individual Game(s) will open for specific horse racing meeting(s) or a set of race meetings on a single calendar day, as determined by William Hill in its sole discretion. Game(s) for which Eligible Customers are able to play will be displayed in the Lobby before the relevant Game opens.
6. The jackpot prize will differ by Game and will be clearly displayed in the Lobby.
STANDARD GAME RULES
1. Eligible Customers may enter any Game of Lucky Stable that is displayed and made available for play in the Lobby. Games not displayed in the Lobby are not available for entry.
2. Games will open for a specific horse racing meeting or set of race meetings on a single calendar day, as determined by William Hill in its sole discretion.
3. In the event that one of the selections in an Eligible Customer’s Stable becomes a non-runner:
- any selection declared a non-runner will be automatically replaced with an alternative selection running in the same race (a “Replacement Selection”);
- The Replacement Selection will be the horse in the same race with the next best Smart Score rating at the time the replacement is made; and
- The Replacement Selection will be determined automatically and cannot be selected or changed by Eligible Customers.
4. In the event that one or more races in an Eligible Customer’s Stable are abandoned:
- any horse entered in an abandoned race will be void and will not be replaced with a selection from an alternative race; and
- where races are completed prior to an abandonment, the results of those completed races will still stand.
5. In the event of a race resulting in a Dead Heat (where two or more horses cannot be separated and are declared as finishing first), any selections that finish tied for first place will be classed as winner(s) for settlement purposes.
6. An Eligible Customer’s Stable will include individual Racing Post Smart View rankings, displaying an overall horse rating based on attributes that include ability, trainer, jockey, course, distance, ground, draw, and jumping. These rankings:
- are provided for informational purposes only, bear no relation to actual race odds or a horse’s chances of winning, and do not constitute betting advice, race predictions; and
- are not created, verified, or controlled by WH, and WH accepts no responsibility or liability for their accuracy, completeness, or performance.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following:
- using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);
- sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
- colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;
