SIGNIFICANT CONDITIONS

1. This promotion is available in William Hill shops from shop opening on 09/11/26 and until shop close on 15/11/26 or until stocks last (the “Promotion Period”).

2. To participate, customers must:

• Be aged 18 or over; and
• Place a qualifying bet of £10 or more on any UK and Irish race running that day between 2-5pm via over the counter or betting terminals in shop during the Promotion Period (a “Qualifying Bet”).

3. Upon placing a Qualifying Bet, customers will receive a bet slip which must be presented to a shop colleague at the counter to receive one (1) scratch card, subject to availability.

4. Each scratch card contains one (1) prize. Available prizes include:

• 9 x £1,000 instant win prizes;
• 1 x £1,000 prize awarded via a prize draw;
• 20 pairs of Scottish Professional Football League General Admission tickets;
• 20 pairs of General Admission racing tickets at selected racecourses; and
• Free bets, as detailed in term 5.

5. Free bet prizes are distributed as follows:

• 35,000 × £1 free bets;
• 7,500 × £2 free bets; and
• 2,000 × £5 free bets

6. “Non-winnings cards” have no monetary value and do not constitute a prize. Customers who receive this card may enter the £1,000 prize draw by scanning the QR code available on the card and submitting their details as instructed.

7. A total of 89,098 promotional scratch cards are available across all participating shops: (9) 1K prizes, (20) Racing tickets, (20) SPFL tickets, (35,000) £1 free bet, (7,500) £2 free bet, (2,000) £5 free bet and (44,549) non-winning cards, giving a total of 89,098 scratch cards. Each shop will receive a limited allocation of scratch cards (approx. 87 per shop). Scratch cards are distributed randomly and are available only while stocks last.

8. Customers are limited to one (1) scratch card per person per day, regardless of the number of Qualifying Bets placed.

9. Free bets:

• £1, £2 and £5 free bets must be redeemed in-shop (excluding on-course shops) on any Racing or Greyhound market via over the counter or betting terminals before shop close on 16/11/26 and must be used in full in a single transaction.
• Free bets are non-refundable, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and cannot be partially redeemed or exchanged. The stake is not returned as part of any winnings.
• Photocopies, duplicates, damaged free bets or images of free bets will not be accepted.

10. £1,000 instant win prizes:

• Nine (9) £1,000 instant win prizes are available and randomly distributed.
• Winners must follow the instructions on the prize card and contact William Hill using the details provided, including submitting a clear photo of the winning card and unique 6-digit code on the front of the card.
• Winners will be required to provide proof of identity, age and any additional verification information requested.
• In order to successfully claim the prize, winners must provide all requested details by 20/11/2026 and to William Hill’s satisfaction.
• The prize consists of £1,000 issued in the form of a prepaid Mastercard (the “Card”). Winners may choose to receive the Card in either virtual or physical form. Use of the Card is subject to the Card issuer’s own terms, conditions and fees. The Card may be used for purchases at participating merchants who accept Mastercard payments or, if permitted by the Card issuer, cash withdrawal. The Card expires three (3) years from the date of issue.
• If a winner does not respond within the required timeframe or fails verification, William Hill reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
• The prize is non-transferable and no alternative will be offered.

11. £1,000 prize draw (“Prize Draw”):

• One (1) £1,000 prize will be awarded via a prize draw.
• Entry is only open to customers who submit their details via the QR code featured on a non-winning card in accordance with term 6.
• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
• Entries must be received by shop close on 16/11/26.
• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries as soon as reasonably practicable after the Promotion Period. If you are selected from the Prize Draw, our Customer Contact Centre Team will contact you on or as soon as possible after the day of the Prize Draw via the telephone number provided asking you to confirm/provide your name, email address, mobile telephone number and proof of age and identity to claim the Card.
• Entrants must meet all eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions, including having placed a Qualifying Bet. Proof of purchase (a valid receipt) may be required to verify eligibility. Entrants must retain such proof and satisfy all reasonable verification checks in order to claim the Card if successful in the Prize Draw.
• If you are contacted but do not respond to our Retail marketing team or third party partners within 48 hours, or if you do not comply with the verification checks or are not otherwise able or available to claim the Card, we will draw another valid entrant and repeat the process, and your opportunity to win the Card will be forfeited.
• The prize consists of £1,000 issued in the form of a prepaid Mastercard (the “Card”). The Card will be issued in virtual form unless otherwise determined by William Hill. Use of the Card is subject to the Card issuer’s terms, conditions and fees. The Card may be used for purchases at participating merchants who accept Mastercard payments or, where permitted, cash withdrawal. The Card expires three (3) years from the date of issue. If you are confirmed as the winner of the competition, we will, at our discretion, arrange for the Card to be sent to your email address.
• The Card is non-transferable and no alternative will be offered.
• William Hill may (i) publish the surname and county of the Prize Draw winner on its website; and (ii) make the surname and county of the winner available to anyone who requests such information by emailing retailmarketing@williamhill.co.uk within 12 weeks of the closing date of the Prize Draw, in each case to demonstrate that the Prize Draw has been conducted fairly. The winner may object to such publication or request by selecting the relevant opt-out option at the point of entry. Notwithstanding the above, William Hill may disclose winner details to any regulatory body as required by applicable law or regulation, including (without limitation) the UK Gambling Commission and the Advertising Standards Authority.
• Personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw and awarding the prize in accordance with the policies on our website https://www.williamhill.com/ and as set out further below. Data will not be used for marketing unless separate consent is provided.

12. Scottish Professional Football League General Admission ticket prizes:

• Each prize consists of a pair of Scottish Professional Football League General Admission tickets for the winner’s preferred club in Scotland, subject to availability.
• Tickets will be fulfilled by William Hill’s Retail Marketing team or third party partners.
• To claim the prize, winners must provide all requested details to William Hill’s satisfaction and meet all eligibility criteria by 20/11/2026.
• Upon successful verification, William Hill will confirm how the tickets will be delivered or collected.
• The match date will depend on the relevant club’s schedule and availability.
• If the preferred fixture is unavailable, an alternative date will be offered at William Hill’s discretion.
• The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food or drink. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.
• William Hill is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, or rescheduling of matches by the club.
• Winners must not be subject to any football banning order or other restriction which would prevent attendance at a football match. If a winner is subject to such a restriction, William Hill reserves the right to withdraw the prize and no alternative will be offered.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

13. Horse Racing ticket prizes:

• Each prize consists of one (1) pair of General Admission tickets at selected racecourses, subject to availability.
• Tickets will be fulfilled by William Hill’s Retail Marketing team or third party partners.
• In order to successfully claim the prize, winners must provide all requested details to William Hill’s satisfaction and meet all eligibility criteria by 20/11/2026.
• Following successful verification, William Hill will confirm how to collect or receive your prize.
• The relevant racing fixture will depend on the relevant racecourse schedule and availability.
• If your preferred race day is unavailable, an alternative date will be offered at William Hill’s discretion.
• The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food or drink. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.
• William Hill is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, or rescheduling of races.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

14. Employees of William Hill Organization Limited, its group companies, affiliates, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion, and members of their families, are not eligible to participate.

15. William Hill reserves the right to refuse participation, withhold prizes or reclaim prizes where it reasonably suspects breach of these terms, fraud or abuse of the promotion.

16. William Hill accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen promotional packs or cards.

17. Prizes may be fulfilled by third-party providers. William Hill is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third parties in connection with the fulfilment, delivery or use of any prize.

HOW TO TAKE PART

1. Visit a participating William Hill shop during the Promotion Period.
2. Place a £10+ on any UK and Irish race running between 2-5pm that day.
3. Present your bet slip at the counter to receive one (1) promotional scratch card (subject to availability).
4. Scratch your card to reveal your prize.
5. If you receive a £1,000 prize card, SPFL ticket card or Racing ticket card, follow the instructions on the card provided to claim your prize.
6. If you receive a free bet card, scan the barcode on a betting terminal to claim your free bet.
7. Prize Draw: scan the QR code on the card and fill in the form to enter the £1,000 prize draw.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. By entering this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. All customer offers, promotions and prizes are strictly limited to one per person, family, household address, email address and IP address. William Hill reserves the right to withdraw the availability of promotions to any customer or group of customers at any time.
3. Promotional offers are intended to enhance a customer's enjoyment of our services and any attempts to manipulate or  abuse of the spirit of a promotion, will not be tolerated and may lead to forfeiture, blocking or cancellation of any prizes under this promotion, as well as an immediate exclusion from this and future promotions and/or closing of the account (as applicable). William Hill in its reasonable discretion will decide what amounts to manipulation or abuse of a promotion.
4. Prizes cannot be sold or exchanged for cash (or any other prizes) and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
5. If any prize becomes unavailable for whatever reason, William Hill reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative available.
6. William Hill will not be liable for any changes made to any such prizes (including, without limitation, any changes to dates, times, locations or the nature of any such prizes due to interruption, postponement, delay, cancellation or otherwise).
7. The winner of any such prize must comply fully with any additional terms and conditions issued in connection with such prize (including, without limitation, any ticket terms and conditions, general terms of admission, dress codes or alcohol consumption restrictions). William Hill reserves the right to withhold delivery of, and/or cancel, any such prize if it reasonably suspects that the winner has not complied, or will not comply, with any such additional terms and conditions.

In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions, or a customer becoming ineligible to participate in any promotion (at William Hill's reasonable discretion), William Hill reserves the right to withhold delivery of, and/or cancel, any prizes under any such promotion and William Hill will not incur any liability whatsoever.
10. William Hill reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without notice.
11. William Hill’s decision on a dispute in relation to this promotion will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. William Hill accepts no responsibility for data, delivery or any other errors or delays in connection with this promotion.
13. The promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
