What does this mean?
- From the 30th of September 2025, residents in India, Jamaica and Botswana won't be able to participate in our offerings and services.
What will happen to my balance? / How can I withdraw my balance?
- Your balance is safe with us.
- Until the 31st of December 2025, you'll still be able to login to your account, which will allow you to withdraw your funds.
- After the 1st of January 2026, your login details will no longer work.
- You'll need to contact our Customer Service Team in order to withdraw any remaining balance.
REMEMBER: When requesting your withdrawal, please ensure this is back to the payment method you made your last deposit with.
What will happen to my open bets?
- If you have any open bets, these will be settled as normal up until the 1st of October 2025.
- Any bets that are due to be settled after the 1st of October 2025 will be voided and refunded to your account.
