DRAFT - Deposit Limits Explained

Customer-set deposit limits are designed to help you gamble safely.

Limits can be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

NET DEPOSIT LIMIT

NOTE: Net Deposit Limit is available for UK customers only.

A Net Deposit Limit is:

  • The total amount you deposit into your account, minus any withdrawals made during the same limit period.
  • This means your limit allows you to deposit the set amount, plus anything you’ve withdrawn.

Example: If your monthly Net Deposit Limit is £100:

  1. You deposit £50 
  2. You win £50 
  3. Your balance becomes £100 
  4. You withdraw £50 

Because you withdrew £50, you still have £100 available before reaching your Net Deposit Limit.

 

GROSS DEPOSIT LIMIT

A Gross Deposit Limit caps the total amount you deposit during the selected period, regardless of any withdrawals made.

Example: If your Gross Deposit Limit is £100 per month:

  • Once you’ve deposited a total of £100, you’ll reach your limit.
  • Any withdrawals made will not increase the amount you can deposit again during that period.

 

HOW DO THE LIMIT PERIODS WORK?

  • Daily Limit: Resets every day at 00:00
  • Weekly Limit: From 00:00 every Monday to 23:59 every Sunday
  • Monthly Limit: Resets on the first day of every month at 00:00

 

HOW CAN I CHECK HOW MUCH I CAN STILL DEPOSIT?

  • You can track your remaining deposit allowance at any time through your Deposit Tracker.

 

CHANGING YOUR DEPOSIT LIMITS

There are three (3) ways you can access your deposit limit page:

 

1. Through 'Safer Gambling' feature:

3. Through 'Deposit' button:

These timeframes will apply when changing your deposit limit:

  • Decreasing your limit: Immediate
  • Increasing your limit: A 24-hour cool-off period will be set. After 24 hours, you'll need to confirm the increase before it takes effect.

 

ERROR IN SETTING DEPOSIT LIMIT

  • If you can't find the limit that's right for you, our Customer Service Team is more than happy to set up a new limit for you.
  • Customers returning from Self Exclusion or GAMSTOP Exclusion may decrease their deposit limit at any point.
  • Any increase requests when returning from Exclusion will be subject to review for approval.
